Memorial Weekend

This weekend we all packed up and headed to Smith Lake in Alabama to stay with Gramma and Papa at their gorgeous lake house. We had a great time. Aunt Elizabeth, Uncle Tommy, Baby Caleb, and Grandmother joined us. Addison loved Baby Caleb and if he wasn't right in her line of sight, she asked where he was. I even heard her ask for him in her sleep, seriously. Caleb couldn't take his eyes off Addison. We all agreed that next year the two of them were going to be trouble! Here are a few pictures of the weekend. Enjoy!

Happy 3rd Birthday Haylee!

Haylee turned three this weekend and she had a great "My Little Pony" party at her pool on Saturday. I swam pretty much the whole time... kept Daddy busy! When I wasn't swimming, I was eating as usual. Haylee even let me open a few of her presents. She's so nice.

Playing with my Friends

What a fun weekend! Saturday, Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo with my friend Brenden. He shared his watermelon with me and I let him have some of my snacks. We spent some time playing with the water at the splash park too! Here is a picture of Mommy and me with the elephants. On Sunday, Haylee came over and we played at the playground. We wore our matching Dora dresses... aren't we just the cutest little pair?!

Another Beach Weekend

We went back to Melbourne this week for some fun in the sun. It was an absolutely perfect weekend to play in the ocean. This time my friend Noel came with me and we had a blast jumping waves for hours. He brought some sparklers and even though Mommy was a nervous wreck, I didn't burn myself or anyone else!

Skiing in Vail

Bet you thought by the title that I actually skied in Vail... tricked ya, didn't I? Mommy and Daddy went on a nice vacation at the Ritz Carlton in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Mommy skied for the very first time and Daddy hit the slopes like 15 years hadn't passed since he was on skies last! Here is a picture of them going to dinner at Saddleridge.

MEANWHILE, back in Florida, Grammy and Papa Irish babysat me and we went to my Great Gran's house. We had tons of fun swimming and playing but for some reason, they told my Mommy and Daddy that they were really tired and couldn't wait to sleep in as late as possible!

Here I am dancing to Dora with my Papa, swimming and just hanging out.

Happy Easter

Haylee and I had a busy Easter weekend this year! While I'm still petrified of the Easter Bunny (or Santa for that matter), I caught on to the egg hunting this year and was a pro by noon on Sunday. Haylee helped me figure everything out though.

My 1st Trip to the Petting Zoo

Last weekend, I went to a petting zoo with Haylee. Our first stop was the sheep... which you feed. That scared me lots but I slowly warmed up and was petting ducks and pigs in no time! It was the perfect opportunity for me to get really dirty! Here are a few pictures from the trip.

Beach Bunny

I went to the beach this weekend and loved EVERY second of it! The sun was shining with not a cloud in the sky however, the howling artic wind put a damper on too much fun in the sun. I did get to get my feet wet Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Here are a few pictures of Daddy and I doing the best we can to "swim".

Even with all this time spent in the water, I still had some time for a little lounging and kite flying! Uncle HJ and Alaina came too. HJ and I logged a few hours sitting on my Dora couch watching Dora the Explorer over and over and over. Alaina built sand castles, blew bubbles and colored with me. I'm glad they were there to play with!

My First Date

These are back from when Mommy went away and my Daddy and Noel's Daddy chaperoned our first date to the zoo.

Haylee and Hayden

Saturday I played all day with Haylee to give Aunt Kim a little R & R because she was sick. It rained all morning so we went to the playground at the mall. I go alot with Mommy and I never share the cow with anyone, until now. I've even been known to pull other kids hands off the cow and cry. That seems to get the other kids in trouble when their mothers see me crying... hee hee.
Sunday we went over to Uncle Lawton's house for a VERY yummy dinner. I had lamb for the first time and it was great! I met a new friend, Hayden, and we hit it off right away. He let me play with his spiderman toys and he had a Wiggles video... what girl could resist?
My poor mother trys so hard to find ways to tame my Curly Q's. She has finally resorted to pig tails - pretty cute though, huh?

Daddy's Boat

The weather was so nice out this weekend that Daddy took us out on the boat. We went on the St. Johns river. Mommy gave me watermelon to eat and I stuffed my face like I usually do! After Daddy had been fishing for a while, I decided it was time to escape....

Mommy and Daddy and I went to the park on Sunday. I think they had more fun than I did...

Weekend with Daddy

This past weekend, Mommy went to Nashville to visit with some of her friends from college so Daddy and I got some one on one bonding time. It was the first time Mommy left me for more than a few hours alone with Daddy. I think I wore him out because he just couldn't believe that he had to go back to work Monday morning when he didn't get to relax for one minute all weekend. Mommy thought that was pretty funny.
On Saturday, Noel and I got to play at the zoo for a little "Daddy's Day Out" fun! We saw elephants and watched them do a couple tricks for us. I even got to pretend I was a monkey!

The excitement continued into Saturday night when Daddy took me to a UCF basketball game with Noel and his daddy. I loved it! I clapped and danced and even have a bruise on my face to show for jumping up and down a little TOO much.

Sunday we went to Mr. Dave's house for a Superbowl party and Noel was there too! Daddy dressed me in my Dallas Cowboys cheerleading outfit even though they weren't playing. Appearantly that's the thing to do because Noel's Daddy dressed him in a team that wasn't in the Superbowl either? We must have confused people when we walked in.
It was a great weekend and I had lots of fun with my Daddy. Mommy is going to have to get away more often! Here is a picture of her and some of the girls at a Nashville Honky Tonk wearing cowboy hats!!
