Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! My Nana Jo come over for Thanksgiving this year and my dad fried a turkey. I don't know much about what happened because I slept through dinner... woops. That night my Grandma and Grandpa Irish flew in and we went to my Great Gran's house in Homosassa. The boys went fishing and caught this fish that Grandpa is holding up. I had lots of fun visiting with Grandma, Grandpa, Great Gran, Aunt Laura, Uncle Carl, Little Carl, Uncle Kurt, and Casey. I especially liked Casey. :)

My Visit with Ella

This weekend I went to go visit my friend Ella. After watching Elmo for two hours straight in the car, Ella and I (and our mommies) went to the zoo. We saw panthers and jaguars and monkeys and prairie dogs! After that, Ella and I went home and played the rest of the night away. On Sunday, Mommy and Daddy took me to the beach for the first time ever! I loved exploring the sand and shells but I wasn't so sure about those waves!! Our friend Sara took TONS of pictures of all of us so Mommy will be sending out the link so everyone can look at those when they are ready. Here are a few pictures of Ella and I.

The Weather is Gorgeous

The weather has FINALLY taken a turn towards chilly so it's time to come out from inside the air conditioning and get some fresh air! Sanford has a Farmer's Market every Saturday so mommy and I decided to check it out this weekend. Haylee came with us and we got to ride around in our little red wagon! We eventually got a little antsy and wanted to get out but since we love each other SO much we held hands. Mommy and Aunt Kimmy thought this was a once in a lifetime opportunity to snap a quick shot but we held hands the whole way back to the car.

Happy Halloween!

Tonight we went to a festival in Downtown Sanford with my cousin Haylee to trick or treat. Daddy was very interested in getting candy from all the stores but I just wanted to play with the bag. Haylee was JoJo and I was Minnie Mouse.

Happy Fall

Wow it's been a while! My Mommy is a really big slacker, huh? This past weekend Mommy and Daddy went all by themselves to Islemorada to a wedding! It was the first time Mommy and I were apart for more than one night. Mommy laid out and Daddy went fishing, they said they had a good time but I know they missed me. I stayed with Nana and Papa and had SO much fun. I even went to Sea World... I love Shamu! Here is a picture of Mommy & Daddy at the wedding. The weekend before I went to my first UCF game! Go Knights! It was lots of fun and I was a really good girl. I clapped everytime my Daddy did. I went with my friend Noel and he slept through most of the game - but I didn't! I was busy! Here is a picture of all of us at the game. Sometime in the middle of all of this, we went to the pumpkin patch! Here is a picture or two of us playing with the pumpkins, well, really me playing with the pumpkins! I'm really excited about Halloween!!

Aunt Elizabeth's Shower in SC

This weekend Mommy and I flew to South Carolina so we could go to Aunt Elizabeth's baby shower. I also got to see Uncle Tommy, Grandma & Grandpa Irish and Great Grandmother! Friday we went to a park in downtown Greenville. I had so much fun running around with grandma and grandpa.

Saturday was the shower. The girls that hosted did a great job! We had lots of yummy food and adorable decorations. They even had little blocks and a teddy bear for me to play with. I helped mommy play 'baby shower bingo' but mostly I just put the sticker dots on my face! In the middle of all the excitement, I was pretty tired so I laid down with one of my soon-to-be cousin's presents. I LOVE blankies!

Then, when I was all tuckered out, Great Grandmother read me stories. I had a wonderful weekend.

Matlacha Island

This weekend Mommy, Daddy, Aunt Kim, Uncle Richie, Haylee, Nana, Papa and I all went to Matlacha. It is a little tiny island near Pine Island. Daddy went fishing lots and I got to play with my cousin. Here are a few pics from the weekend.

Another Lazy Weekend

This weekend I got to go shopping with my cousin Haylee. Mommy bought me some new shoes! I love shoes! The picture of me resting on my incred-i-bloc was after we got home... I was so tired! When we got home Mommy and I watched the Seminoles win. Go Noles! The Knights won too so Mommy and Daddy were both happy. Sunday we watched some more football and I played with my friends DJ and Nick.

Lazy weekend in Orlando

Mommy and I went to the playground earlier in the week. Mommy says that Lexi needs to get a little exercise and that is okay with me because I get to play outside too. I went down the big kid slide on Mommy's lap and played on the swings. I think I'm a big kid and I try to climb the stairs all by myself!

Here are some more pictures of me just playing with Mommy and Daddy. It rained all day today so we had to stay indoors. Mommy says it's a good thing because it gives my skinned knees a chance to heal!

This weekend Mommy and Daddy went to the first UCF game in their new stadium. They said it was REALLY hot! I stayed home and played with my Nana Jo. We had lots of fun. Here is a picture of mommy and daddy at the game and one of me in my favorite rocking chair. I can get in it, but I can't get out!

I Know How Old I Am!

Mommy always asks me how old I am... it's such an easy question but she gets so happy when I answer, so I do!

Happy Labor Day Weekend

and Happy Anniversary to my Mommy & Daddy! They have been married three whole years. Mommy and Daddy went away this weekend and my Nana Jo stayed with me. Aunt Kim and Haylee came and played with me. Nana Jo read me every book I have atleast 20 times each and I got to share all my toys with Haylee. We had so much fun and both took REALLY long naps.

On Monday, my Mommy and Daddy came home and we went to my friend Noel's house for a little party by the pool. I'm turning into quite the little fishie and even went underwater! As usual, my mom forgot her camera but there are some pictures out there and I hope to be able to put some up here soon.

Here is a picture of me with some jewelry on. I LOVE to wear jewelry and shoes, my mommy and daddy are in trouble! And here is another of me with bubble machine... it fascinates me!

My Friend Ella

Last weekend I went to Winter Haven and got to see my friend Ella. We only got to talk for a few minutes but it was still lots of fun. Then, Nana and Papa came to visit me on Thursday so we could all celebrate our birthdays. I was so excited to have new people to read to me!

On My Boat with Mommy & Daddy

I went out on the boat with my Mommy and Daddy today! We went up St. Johns River and fished and played on the beach for a little while. I stayed awake for most of it and just took a little catnap on the ride back in. We also got some ice cream and Mommy & Daddy let me try it for the first time. I liked Daddy's chocolate ice cream more than Mommy's vanilla!

I'm walking around like a pro now and even played at the playground at the mall on Saturday! It was lots of fun! Even when I fell and cut my lip, I didn't stop. I was definitely the smallest kid running around the playground but I held my own...

Lake Virginia

This weekend Mommy and Daddy took me out to Lake Virginia to play with my friend Noel. Daddy brought our boat and we went for a fun ride. I slept through most of it, though. I went swimming and played in the sand for the first time. It kept me entertained and happy for the whole day! Everyone said I was such a good girl!
